- KONNECT KABLE ACM BENCH HARNESS or MIKES POWER WIRE CM1881 ACM BENCH HARNESS
- ADJUSTABLE POWER SUPPLY (WE RECOMMEND THE SIGLENT SPD1305X)
IF THE TRUCK IS IN DERATE PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AT THE BOTTOM BEFORE TRYING TO READ AND REFLASH THE ACM.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR BENCH:
- CONNECT BENCH HARNESS TO THE NEXIQ AND THE NEXIQ TO THE LAPTOP
- CONNECT TO ADJUSTABLE POWER SUPPLY. SET VOLTAGE TO 12.5V AND AMPS TO 5A
- OPEN CUMMINS INSITE AND CONNECT TO THE ACM - IF IT DOES NOT CONNECT DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WORK, MAKE SURE THE CORRECT DEVICE IS SELECTED.
- OPEN CALTERM - DO NOT CONNECT
- COPY AND PASTE TEAMVIEWER USER ID AND PASSWORD AND SEND IT TO US WITH WHATSAPP. (+52 821-159-9183)
- REINSTALL THE ACM
- PERFORM ESA/JPRO PROCEDURE
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ESA:
- CONNECT USB LINK TO THE DIAGNOSTIC PORT AND CONNECT TO ESA WITH THE KEY ON
- YOU MAY HAVE TO UPDATE THE MODULES- THIS IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK

YOU NEED TO DISABLE THE FOLLOWING PARAMETERS AND PROGRAM THE CECU
- DRIVETRAIN: AFTERTREATMENT REGENERATION FUNCTION
- DRIVETRAIN: AFTERTREATMENT REGENERATION SWITCH INSTALLED
- STANDARD GAUGE: DEF GAUGE
- OPTIONAL GAUGE: DPF STATUS GAUGE (PACCAR DISPLAY)
- DISPLAY: ENGINE DERATE POPUP
- FISH UP BY CLICKING PROGRAM AND DISCONNECT
- CONNECT WITH JPRO AND CLEAR OUT ALL REMAINING CODES/DTCS- THERE MAY BE A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT THAT WE CANNOT TURN OFF WITH TUNING
TRUCK IS DERATED- HELP!!!
BEFORE ANY TYPE OF TUNING IS APPLIED YOU NEED TO GET THE TRUCK OUT OF DERATE- EGR CANNOT BE DELETED AND NEITHER CAN THE VGT. THOSE NEED TO BE REPAIRED IF THERE IS AN ISSUE!!!!
STEPS TO GET THE TRUCK OUT OF DERATE:
- DAVIE4 ONLY, DIESEL LAPTOPS WILL NOT WORK!!!!!!
- FLASH WITH DAVIE4 AND PULL PLUG AT 50%
- THEN REFLASH WITH DAVIE4 ALL THE WAY FROM 0-100%.
- ONCE COMPLETED YOU CAN PULL THE ACM CONNECT IT ON THE BENCH AND SEND US TEAMVIEWER ID AND PASSWORD (SEE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE FIRST PAGE).
